Items must have all tags still attached, cannot be laundered and need to be returned with any manufacturers packaging. For size exchanges mailed within the U.S., we do not charge additional shipping. If the exchange/replacement is due to an error on our part with your order, or the item ordered has a defect, we will reimburse your return shipping costs. In such a case the maximum reimbursement for return shipping is $8.00. We will mail exchange/replacements to the address on record unless specified otherwise in the comments section. We suggest returning the item(s) via UPS or insured US Mail (traceable) to the address below. Unlimited Additions will not be responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in the mail.
